THEREFORE, THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT MAKE ANY GUARANTEE WITH RESPECT TO THE RELIABILITY, ACCRACY, SAFETY, UTILITY, THE PRESENCE OR ABSENCE OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE SERVICES AND ANY CONTENT IN THE GAME.
